How do I know if you have received my order?

After placing your order online, you will be taken to a page that shows your order number. An order confirmation will be sent automatically by e-mail within minutes after you submit your order. When will my order be processed?

Expected processing time is one business day. Orders received before 4:00 p.m. CST will likely be shipped the same day, depending on our volume. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You will receive a final order confirmation once your order has been shipped, if you provided an email address. If there is a problem with the processing of your order, we will attempt to contact you by e-mail or by phone.

How long does it take to receive my shipment?
