All software orders are final and refunds will not be issued.
Due to the nature of software sales and copyright laws, software
cannot be returned for anything other than replacement of
the identical item purchased. Please contact technical support
if you believe your software is defective or if you have any

If the CD-ROM is defective, we will replace
the CD-ROM only. We will not issue you a new registration
number for program replacements. There are no exceptions
to this. We are not responsible for lost registration
numbers. If you have registered with us, we have your
